Part of my Cinemusic series, a concept where I letter a song title into an animated, cinematic movie title.

This one is heavily inspired by my synesthesia.

The peak in the chorus when the guitars swell make me feel like I’m floating thru dark, dense fog, so I wanted to incorporate that into the visual. I wanted to add tension with brief flashes of the title multiplied, barricading the scene, and the lasso of thorns to represent the hold this “protection” had on the protagonist of the song.
